If you are unable to enter or leave your community as a result of an incident, we can arrange for a locksmith to help you open the door.

If you run out of power, we will send an operator to your home as quickly as possible to try to fix the problem and restore the power supply. Travel costs are included as well as 3 hours of labour.

If your community has been compromised by an accident, we will provide you with qualified security personnel for a period of 48 hours, completely free of charge.

Owner Association Assistance does not affect the amount of the insurance premium.
