Categories of this insurance

This type of insurance policy is initially taken out for a period of one year and can be renewed annually, depending on your needs.

Temporary Life insurance allows you to choose a capital amount that remains constant throughout the policy term, or alternatively a capital amount that progressively increases by being revalued with each renewal, according to the CPI or a fixed percentage of 1% or 10%. You choose how you want your life insurance to be.

With this type of policy, you decide the duration of the insurance policy when you take out the policy. It can range anywhere from 5 to 25 years. With the Term Life policy, both the insured capital and the premium payments remain constant throughout the policy term.

What our temporary life insurance covers

With this cover, the beneficiaries in the insurance policy will receive an indemnity in the event of the insured person's death.

You can personalise your life insurance, temporary or term, by choosing the different options offered by this guarantee:

Death due to an accident: with this optional cover, the beneficiary will receive twice the insured capital if the death is caused by an accident.
Death due to a traffic accident: including this coverage, if death is the result of a traffic accident, the capital received by the beneficiaries will be three times that of the insured party. Temporary Life insurance also has an additional capital for the insured person's children if both parents pass away in the road accident.

This cover adds to the Temporary Life insurance policy a special protection in the event of permanent and total disability of the insured person, compensating them with the capital sum set out in the policy. It also includes the extension of the coverage with the following options:

Total permanent disability through accident: if the disability situation is due to an accident, the capital received will be double the amount arranged for the disability guarantee.
Total permanent disability through road accident: if the disability is a consequence of a road accident, this capital will be triple the amount.

This coverage provides you with an advance on the insured capital in the event of a serious illness, such as cancer, heart attack, stroke, multiple sclerosis and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, kidney failure or paralysis, as well as in the event of surgery for coronary artery disease and transplantation of a vital organ.

This advance can be for 25%, 50% or 75% of the insured capital for the coverage of death, up to a maximum of 150,000 euros, which you may choose when you take out the insurance policy.
