With Home care you can access the service of the best professional associations to deal with any unforeseen event in your home, at any time of day, with favourable financial conditions and priority service.
What the home assistance service includes
We provide qualified professionals to deal with any unforeseen event at your home: plumbing, electricity, glass, locksmiths, carpentry, gardening, aerial installers, domestic appliances, masonry, TV and video, painting, blinds, plasterers, carpet layers, parkers, metal carpentry, upholstery, varnishers, contractors, small transports or cleaning.
If you are unable to enter or leave your home as a result of an incident (lost keys, forced lock...) we can arrange for a locksmith to help you open the door.
If you run out of power, we will send an operator to your home as quickly as possible to try to fix the problem and restore the power supply. Travel costs are included as well as 3 hours of labour.
If access to your home has been affected after an incident, we will provide you with qualified security personnel for a period of 48 hours, completely free of charge.
Frequently asked questions
Urgent services, considering as such plumbing, electricity and locksmithing, will be provided with the maximum possible urgency. Other services must be requested from the assistance centre from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm.
Travel costs will be free of charge. The insured party will only need to pay the cost of labour and materials.
The insurer guarantees the work done for 3 months.
We provide emergency electricity, locksmith and plumbing repairs 24 hours a day. For example, a plumbing emergency would be a water leak where you have to shut off the main water supply. In short, whenever the situation requires immediate intervention to ensure your home is safe and functioning.
Home assistance does not affect the price of the premium.
