Corporate information on the Principality of Andorra Delegation
Occident GCO, S.A.U. de Seguros y Reaseguros (hereinafter, "Occident") is legally authorised by the Andorran Financial Authority (AFA) to operate in the Principality of Andorra as an insurance company through a delegation, in accordance with the provisions of Article 29 of Act 12/2017, of 22 June, on the regulation and supervision of insurance and reinsurance in the Principality of Andorra.
Since 2010, pursuant to Resolution 87037/2010 of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Principality of Andorra, Occident's delegate in the Principality of Andorra has been the company Occident Inversions, S.A.U. (“Occident Inversions”), of Andorran nationality, domiciled at Avenida Carlemany 65, 2a planta, AD700-Escaldes-Engordany, Principat d'Andorra, with Tax Registration Number A-708021-L, listed in the Companies Register under number 12869, Book S-177, Folio 291-300.
As a delegated company, Occident Inversions is equipped with the necessary human and material resources and has sufficient powers of representation to operate in the Principality of Andorra, on behalf of Occident, in the general and life insurance sectors.
