What our repatriation insurance covers

Transportation of the deceased insured party to his or her country of origin or to the country provided for in the insurance, as well as transportation of the coffin from the nearest customs airport to the place of burial

Death repatriation insurance includes the management and organisation of the funeral service, and covers the cost of a funeral in your place of residence, or another location of your choice in Spain.

The transport costs (round trip) of the person accompanying the deceased to the country of origin are also covered. The journey can be made by air in economy class or by another means of public transport of their choice.
