FAQs

For travel cancellation, cancellation of tickets/activities and hole in one insurance, the policy must be taken out at least 10 days before the event starts. In the case of event cancellation, it must be taken out at least 30 days in advance.

If you are not travelling alone, you can add the companions of the same booking within the contingency insurance policy. Or if you and your friends have bought tickets for the same activity or event, you can include them in the same policy.
