Frequently asked questions
The rodent and/or insect extermination work will take place from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 6 pm.
The service includes one annual visit to carry out rodent or insect extermination plus a follow-up visit 15 days later.
For services that have not been requested or that have not been arranged by the company you are not entitled to subsequent reimbursement or compensation. Occident must coordinate the provision of the service with the pest control companies from start to finish.
