It is the building or premises where the insured party carries out their activity and, depending on the activity, it may comprise the following elements:
- Structural elements and building: foundations, structures, walls, partitions, floors, roofs, ceilings, windows, blinds, annexes, courtyards, garages, etc.
- Installations for water, gas, electricity, solar power, air-conditioning and sanitary systems.
- Ventilation systems, lightning conductors, lifts, service lifts, and overhead travelling cranes.
- Cladding: marble, granite, false ceilings, fitted carpets, paint, mirrors, illuminated advertisements and signs, etc.
- Urbanised areas: lampposts, infrastructure works, external paving, fences, gates, enclosure walls or fences, barbecues, fountains; and pavements, roads, streets and parking spaces for private use of the insured establishment.
