It is the building or premises where the insured party carries out their activity and, depending on the activity, it may comprise the following elements:

Structural elements and building: foundations, structures, walls, partitions, floors, roofs, ceilings, windows, blinds, annexes, courtyards, garages, etc.
Installations for water, gas, electricity, solar power, air-conditioning and sanitary systems.
Ventilation systems, lightning conductors, lifts, service lifts, and overhead travelling cranes.
Cladding: marble, granite, false ceilings, fitted carpets, paint, mirrors, illuminated advertisements and signs, etc.
Urbanised areas: lampposts, infrastructure works, external paving, fences, gates, enclosure walls or fences, barbecues, fountains; and pavements, roads, streets and parking spaces for private use of the insured establishment.
Gardens and sports facilities.

This is the set of goods that are inside the enclosure or premises where the insured activity is carried out. They are specific to the activity and the insured party holds the title of ownership or other insurable interest.
