Performance
The investment can be made between the Occident funds of the policyholder's choice, with the freedom to modify the initial choice later.
The interest rate is not guaranteed and the contract is updated according to the performance of funds. Therefore, the holder bears the investment's financial risk.
Taxation
At the time of redemption, the returns obtained from the different options proposed are considered capital gains and are subject to the corresponding withholding.
If the insured party dies, the amounts payable to the beneficiary are subject to taxes on inheritances and donations. The amount varies depending on the relationship between the deceased person insured and the beneficiary.
Investment options
Investments are made in fixed income investment of national and international public and private issuers denominated in EUR, with an average duration of the portfolio less than two years. This investment option invests up to 30% of its total exposure (portfolio) in equities and the rest in fixed income, in both cases national or international. With regard to equities, distribution in terms of issuers/currencies/countries is not predetermined. Intended for investors who want to diversify part of their investment in equities without assuming a high risk.
