Raúl Román, an exclusive Occident agency in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, with extensive experience in insurance and financial products.

History

Raúl Román, a Business graduate from the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), following his experience in business consultancy services and in the commercial field with companies in the services sector (as an agent and as a commercial manager), arrived at Occident in November 2009 and completed his training as Financial Adviser in 2010.

Since January 2015, Raúl has been the manager of the exclusive Occident agency in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat after replacing Miguel Sanz due to retirement (owner of the agency between 2004 and 2014 following the retirement of Mª Luisa Arquer, founder of the agency).

Team

The agency's current team consists of 3 people, who make up a cohesive and well-organised team that puts customers first.

Raúl Román (Manager). Head of the agency. Responsible for its proper running, in both terms of quantity and quality.

Helena Pérez (Aftersales manager). Responsible for claims, portfolio reviews, bills and customer service. Helena has more than extensive experience, as she has been part of the agency since January 1991. Her pleasant character, together with this proven experience, make her the reference for customers at the agency.

Jimena González (Agency streamlining). Jimena is the last person to join the agency, where she will develop carrying out the internal training and streamlining the agency, which will serve as support to the sales and aftersales areas. The aim is an exquisite treatment
