The goal of the entire team is to provide personalised advice and inform its customers, with the added value that each customer is attended to in a precise and timely manner.
The customer is received in the commercial department, studying their needs exhaustively and performing a comparative study assessing the capital and insurance premiums in order to have the necessary coverage for the customer at the best possible cost.
In the claims department, we open the files with a commitment to complete the claim in the shortest possible time, updating the customer on a daily basis, with daily monitoring and regular contact with the opposing companies. This is all carried out with good relations and communication with our network of experts, we have more than 500 professionals throughout Spain, to deal with any urgent circumstances immediately.
In the production department, we carry out the management and issuance of the policies, so that our individual customers can obtain their cover certificate with the policy issued at that very moment, thanks to the innovation of all our IT processes.
Over the years, we have dealt with more than 4,000 customers and their satisfaction levels according to the latest survey has resulted in a rating of 96 on a scale of 1 to 100, meaning that we are at a very high level.
