We are an exclusive Occident agency. We manage the risks that families can face, covering areas such as car, home, health, life and death; and companies from any sector. We offer an individual service to each customer and situation, carrying out the after-sales service and managing claims directly.
We started in the sector in 1987, when I took over from my father, Mr Manuel Abecia, as an agent for the company Occident. After training as a mediator and obtaining the qualification of broker and insurance agent in 1989, I went on to manage my portfolio as a broker for several leading companies in the sector. After a few years in the activity, I reached an agreement with the company Occident, under which, in 2004 I became part of the GFT group (Group Financial Plus), exclusively dedicated to life and financial insurance. Due to the merger of Occident with Groupama, we were integrated into the exclusive Nexus project for agents in 2007, resulting in us relocating our office to the town of Pedrola. My son Alejandro Abecia joined the agency in 2019, managing the administrative and claims division, where he receives continuous training by the company and particularly from the sector.
