Lázaro Cifuentes has been an exclusive Occident agent since 1992. For over 20 years, we have been advising our customers on all kinds of insurance and financial products, especially Car, Home, Life and Savings insurance. We have expanded into new fields or products, such as Bicycle Insurance.

Our sole objective is to offer our customers a professional, efficient, friendly and personal service.

Occident began insuring helmets for its customers in Bilbao, the Basque Country, in 1918. It has experienced steady growth since its inception, establishing itself as one of the most reliable companies engaged in insurance and finance in Spain after becoming the first insurer to be certified under ISO-9002. In addition, we are part of a leading group such as Occident since 2004.

We are on Avenida Comuneros, Nº97 Bajo, Salamanca. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm and from 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
