Customer account is a guaranteed savings product exclusively for Occident customers that allows their savings to be obtained from day one. It also facilitates the grouping of all financial products taken out into one, with interesting economic advantages.

Guaranteed return

You will enjoy a guaranteed fixed return in the first year and it will then be updated on a quarterly basis.

Supplementary premiums

You can add extraordinary amounts, benefiting from the attractive return on the product and the extra-return for the group of policies.

Liquidity

From the third month of the policy's validity, you will have liquidity available in your Customer Account, if you wish.

You can group together your different insurance policies, including those of your family unit, and benefit from numerous advantages.

If you group all the products together, you will also save, as the first monthly payment is free.

Performance and taxation of Customer Account

Performance

The rate of return is fixed during the first year of the policy's validity and after this period has elapsed, it is reviewed quarterly. You can benefit from special returns if you group two or more policies together.

Taxation

Savings insurance is taxed when the benefit is received and its returns are classified as movable capital and subject to withholdings.

The benefits payable to the beneficiary in the event of the death of the insured party are liable to inheritance and donations tax, and may enjoy significant deductions depending on the degree of relationship between the policyholder and the beneficiary.
