Ahora, la <strong>pir\u00e1mide del deporte<\/strong> nos permite introducir la actividad f\u00edsica de manera progresiva y racional a nuestra vida diaria, teniendo en cuenta nuestra condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFQue_es_la_piramide_del_deporte\"><\/span>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la pir\u00e1mide del deporte?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Se trata de una pauta que nos permite empezar a <strong>hacer ejercicio de forma progresiva<\/strong>, teniendo en cuenta nuestro grado de actividad habitual. De esta forma, podemos ponernos en forma sin tener que recurrir a complicados planes de preparaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y siguiendo una actividad f\u00edsica adecuada a nuestra capacidad actual.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1-Los_ejercicios_diarios\"><\/span>1.-Los ejercicios diarios<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La pir\u00e1mide plantea una serie de ejercicios que todos deber\u00edamos hacer diariamente, aunque no tengamos ninguna forma f\u00edsica. Caminar, plantearnos dejar el coche o subir siempre por las escaleras son algunas opciones que podemos adoptar de forma f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-De_tres_a_cinco_veces_a_la_semana\"><\/span>2.-De tres a cinco veces a la semana<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Asimismo, la pir\u00e1mide recoge la necesidad de hacer <strong>ejercicio aer\u00f3bico de intensidad media de 3 a 5 veces a la semana<\/strong>, ya sea deportivo o de ocio. Caminar r\u00e1pido, correr, nadar, ir en bicicleta o bailar pueden ser buenas opciones.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-Dos_o_tres_veces_a_la_semana\"><\/span>3-Dos o tres veces a la semana<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>En la parte de arriba de esta pir\u00e1mide deportiva nos encontramos con ejercicios que nos den flexibilidad y fuerza, estiramientos, ejercicios de pesas y actividades de ocio al aire libre, como jugar al golf.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Consejos_generales\"><\/span>Consejos generales<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Por supuesto, es indispensable que reduzcamos las horas que estamos sentados viendo la tele, jugando o trabajando en el\u00a0 ordenador. Deber\u00edamos <strong>levantarnos cada media hora<\/strong> para mover nuestro cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si somos inactivos<\/strong>, deber\u00edamos empezar por hacer actividades diarias de la base de la pir\u00e1mide, y poco a poco ir incrementando nuestro nivel de ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si no hacemos ejercicio de forma regular<\/strong>, pero si espor\u00e1dicamente, debemos esforzarnos en ser regulares e introducir los ejercicios que m\u00e1s nos gusten de la zona media de la pir\u00e1mide. Recuerda que necesitamos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.occident.com\/blog\/cumple-tu-proposito-de-ano-nuevo-vuelve-a-la-rutina-deportiva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">realizar una actividad durante 21 d\u00edas<\/a> para introducirla en nuestra rutina.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si somos activos<\/strong>, podemos optar por ejercicios de toda la pir\u00e1mide, para evitar caer en la rutina y el aburrimiento, siempre plante\u00e1ndonos objetivos realistas para nuestra forma f\u00edsica.
