Prueba esta <strong>deliciosa receta de crepes de trigo sarraceno<\/strong> \u00a0y ver\u00e1s c\u00f3mo te convence tanto por sabor, como por salud.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Propiedades_del_trigo_sarraceno\"><\/span><strong>Propiedades del trigo sarraceno<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>El <strong>trigo sarraceno o alforf\u00f3n<\/strong>, posee <strong>muchas m\u00e1s prote\u00ednas<\/strong> que otros cereales y en particular un alto contenido en <strong>lisina<\/strong> (un <strong>amino\u00e1cido\u00a0esencial<\/strong> que forma parte de las prote\u00ednas y que resulta muy positivo para el organismo) m\u00e1s escaso en otros tipos de cereales.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, al <strong>no contener gluten<\/strong> es mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de digerir que el trigo blanco.
